Please provide your full name, academic institution, the title of the courseware you are using, your courseware serial number (if available), and a detailed description of any issue you are experiencing. The more detailed and accurate the information you provide, the better we will be able to address your inquiry with a single email reply. If you are receiving an error message, please let us know exactly what you are doing when you receive the message, as well as its full and exact text. If you are able to provide a screenshot of the situation, it would be most helpful as we diagnose the issue.

For virtually all situations, we will reply to your support request within 24 hours on business days. Please note that support personnel are available only during business hours, so if you contact us late at night, please expect to hear from us the next business morning. Thinking Strings, LLC, reserves the right to copy a student’s instructor on all support correspondence.
